Getting Started in Skating
Whether you are a new or experienced skater, I can help you attain your goals.
MORE INFO - Contact me for more info or to set up a lesson time and place.
PAYMENT - lesson payment is paid directly to me, while payment for the ice time is paid directly to the rink or club holding the session.
SCHEDULING - Keeping a regular schedule makes it easy to remember when and where you have a lesson. Lessons are typically taught M - F 3 - 6 pm in Evendale. However, if ice is available, early week day and weekend lessons are possible.
OFF-ICE - I can help you set SMART goals and provide an off-ice routine to help you prevent injury, improve performance and attain goals.
ATTIRE - Basic Skaters need to bundle up with layers, an all sport helmet, gloves/mittens, and thin socks. Rentals are included with ice time.
Figure Skaters wear tights, leggins and a jacket.
Hockey players can wear warm ups or their full gear - your choice.
